Roster Pro Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the Roster Pro app (“the App”, “we”, “us”) handles your information. Our approach is simple: we don’t collect any personal information about you.
1. Data We Collect
We do not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal data on our servers. We have no servers. We have no analytics. We have no advertising SDKs.
2. Data You Create in the App
Everything you create in Roster Pro — your teams, players, lineups, logos, and saved games — is stored locally on your device.
If you are signed in to iCloud on your device, the App uses Apple’s iCloud Key-Value Storage to keep your team setup in sync across your own iCloud-signed-in devices. This data lives in your private iCloud container and is governed by Apple’s iCloud privacy policy. We do not have access to it.
3. Permissions
Photos
We request permission to add images to your Photo Library only when you explicitly tap “Save” on an exported lineup or roster image. We do not read, browse, or access your existing photos. You can revoke this permission at any time in Settings → Privacy → Photos.
When you tap “Email Support” in the App, your device’s default mail app is opened with a pre-addressed message. We do not access your email, contacts, or any other personal information.
4. Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or location.
- We do not collect device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or analytics.
- We do not track your usage of the App.
- We do not share data with third parties because we do not have any data to share.
5. Children’s Privacy
The App is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect any information from children or any other user.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted at this same URL with an updated effective date.
